Office Print Launch & Communications Program Manager
Description -
This role supports event planning and various communication initiatives that helps HP's Office Print organization deliver clear, consistent, and business-aligned messaging across internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, organized project manager, and collaborative partner who can translate complex information into polished communications while keeping cross-functional workstreams on track.
Responsibilities
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Certifications in:
7+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Product Marketing, Program Management, or a related field.
Experience planning and executing business events, product launches, customer events, webinars, or industry conferences.
Experience developing communications for internal and external audiences.
Experience working directly with senior leaders, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong business writing, editing, and presentation development experience.

Salary
The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
