Marketing & Events Coordinator
Pay: $25.00/hr
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 9:45 AM-6:00 PM

Adecco is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing & Events Coordinator to support a busy retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing marketing, event coordination, website management, and customer engagement while keeping multiple projects moving forward. The right candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable shifting priorities as business needs change.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials using Adobe InDesign, Canva, and other creative tools.
• Create and manage content for email campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
• Maintain and update the company's website with current events, promotions, and content.
• Coordinate large in-store events, including setup, registration, vendor/teacher communication, and event logistics.
• Manage calendars and scheduling for marketing initiatives and special events.
• Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing and social media use.
• Assist with developing engaging marketing campaigns that increase customer participation and brand awareness.
• Support additional projects and priorities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Canva.
• Experience managing websites and digital content.
• Strong social media, email marketing, and content creation skills.
• Photography and videography experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities.
• Experience managing calendars and coordinating multiple activities simultaneously.
• Sewing or quilting experience is a plus, but candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Stable work history with demonstrated longevity, ideally 2+ years in recent positions.
