Seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, accounting, administrative tasks, and employee support. The ideal candidate will have management experience and hands-on experience with payroll and/or accounts receivable.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office and administrative operations.
- Handle payroll and/or accounts receivable duties.
- Manage invoices, payments, deposits, and financial records.
- Supervise and support office staff and daily workflow.
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and timekeeping.
- Manage office supplies, vendor communications, and general office needs.
- Answer phones, assist customers, and handle questions professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Manager or supervisory experience required.
- Payroll and/or accounts receivable experience required.
- Previous office or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
