Job Title: Office Manager (Temporary – 1–2 Months)
Pay Rate: $22/hour

Position Overview:
A nonprofit organization is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Manager for a short-term assignment (approximately 1–2 months). This role is essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring the team can remain focused on delivering services to the community. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing both administrative and light bookkeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
  • Process checks, handle vendor payments, and prepare bank deposits
  • Perform light bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in the Salesforce database
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership
  • Assist in maintaining efficient day-to-day office operations

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an office management or administrative role (nonprofit experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
