    Description

    PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

    • Fire extinguisher maintenance.
    • FM200 Fire Suppression equipment maintenance.
    • Maintain all EHIM keys; including the key box, key log and tracking issuance/collection of keys.
    • Maintain all EHIM prox cards: including software, reporting and tracking issuance/collection (activation and deactivation) of all prox cards.
    • Complete Data Center PM.
    • Building security policies and procedures.
    • Mail room operations.
    • Reception desk operations.
    • Shipping and Receiving.
    • Supplies; ordering, supply rooms, etc.
    • Emergency plans (power outage, severe storm, fire, etc.)
    • Security cameras.
    • Office moves; including coordination of seat assignment, furniture, equipment, etc.
    • Paper shredding (Shred Hub)
    • Janitorial; daily, quarterly and annually
    • PM on all equipment
    • Common area cleanliness and safety (i.e. kitchen, lobby, storage rooms, etc.)
    • Copier and fax machine maintenance and repairs.
    • Liaison for all building equipment (i.e. HVAC, electrical, gas, etc.)
    • OSHA Compliance, including MSDS binder maintenance
    • Assists or leads specialized projects as required.

    SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Associates degree in facilities management or related field preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in facilities management.
    • Experience in expanding and/or moving office space required.
    • Must have strong organizational skills.
    • Must have strong communication skills.
    • Ability to perform duties above personally or by contracting trained expert.
    • Above average knowledge with office equipment, building equipment and utilities.
    • Experience with contracts required.
    • Must be able to work flexible schedule and be on call for emergencies.
    • Must have above average MS Office skills, specifically in MS Word and MS Excel.
