    Description

    Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Senior Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations and manage the company’s bookkeeping functions. This is a hands-on role for a highly organized professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and can work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

    This is a full-time, in-person position located in the Woodbury area.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
    • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
    • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
    • Prepare invoices, deposits, and financial reports
    • Assist with payroll processing and employee records
    • Maintain organized accounting and office files
    • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and the company’s CPA
    • Support company leadership with administrative and operational tasks
    • Help improve office procedures and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or office management experience
    • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online
    • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
    • Construction industry experience is not required

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $70,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience
