Over the past year, we developed non-invasive neuromodulation with unprecedented precision in optimizing sleep, reasoning, and cognitive states. In the next year, we will release the first consumer neurotech device which transforms human life.

The Role

We're hiring for our operations team to act as tape for our company: catching all tasks, needs, and processes that must occur in order to create functioning systems between and within our teams. We are looking for individuals with incredible drive to pick up tasks they’ve never done before and learn to manage time, attention, and priorities wisely. 

How We Operate

• We're a fiercely motivated team here for one reason: we believe this technology will genuinely help people. 

• We need equally motivated individuals on our team. We work long hours and typically operate 6 days a week.

• Compensation: $40–$60/hour, with the option for a salaried position at $80,000–$120,000 annually.

• We look for people with serious ambitions for their own growth.

• Manage day-to-day operations and serve as the go-to person for our teams.

• Coordinate meetings, calendars, visitors, and team logistics.

• Help identify operational gaps and create simple systems to keep things from falling through the cracks. Overall, we want someone who will optimize our systems and develop processes to facilitate scaling operations.
