Our private dental office in the St. Louis region is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our team and help drive the continued success of our practice. We are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors, and we're looking for a strong leader who shares that commitment.

 

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, lead and motivate both front-office and clinical team members, monitor key performance indicators, and help implement systems to improve efficiency, organization, and patient satisfaction. Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday

Compensation & Benefits

  • $55,000-$70,000 annually (based on experience)

Qualifications

  • Previous dental office management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of insurance verification, treatment planning and coordination, collections, and scheduling
  • Experience leading teams within a multi-provider dental practice
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to monitor practice performance metrics and implement operational improvements
  • Dentrix experience is highly preferred, but not required
