Description
Our Outpatient office is searching for a full time Office Manager to oversee all the aspects of our local clinic.

This is a leadership position that oversees all administrative aspects of the DDAP-and-OMH-licensed clinic serving mental health, substance abuse, and psychiatric clients and outpatient therapists, psychiatrist, and administrative staff. The right candidate will be a supportive role model and point person for issues from all staff. You will be expected to develop and maintain an atmosphere conducive to teamwork among the employees of your building. It is also expected that you collaborate and co-lead with the team leader of the clinic.

Main duties for the position will include but are not limited to:
  • Staffing and planning coverage for the administrative office
  • Orienting new staff to company policies and procedures
  • Assisting, directing, and evaluating the administrative duties of the clinical staff
  • Serving as the on-site records custodian for clinical documentation
  • Coordinating scheduling, insurance authorization, and financial obligations for clients
  • Overseeing the processing of client intakes and discharges

Pay $43,775/year

Degree Requirement High School Diploma / GED

Working Hours Monday - Friday 8am-4pm with evening availability to cover the office as needed
