Job Description:
· Answer Phones, provide customer service and maintain a log of all calls.
· Enter Estimates in Xactimate Software
· Job File Documentation/Communication/Completion to upload with SERVPRO Corporate.
· Bill Customers/Insurance for Services
· Manage Accounts Receivable Aging Report
· Oversee daily office operations.` Maintain company policies and proceedures` Maintain employee files
Job Requirements:
· Prior office experience a plus
· Great organizational skills
· Knowledge of typical office computer software
· Strong and Flexible work ethic
· A can-do Attitude!
· A Team player!
