LHH is partnering with a growing professional services firm in Phoenix to identify an experienced Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the office, ensuring daily business functions run smoothly while creating a welcoming and professional experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You'll oversee office operations, support leadership, coordinate events, and help foster a positive workplace culture across a dynamic and collaborative team.
