Office Manager

Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws and company policy).

About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Office Manager to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable professional to support the day-to-day operations of a busy office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and helping teams work efficiently. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing administrative duties with coordination across departments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration, office coordination, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Proficiency with common office software and productivity tools
• Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on follow-through

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 Years of experience in a Office Manager role.
• Experience in the Stone & Granite industry
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and greet showroom visitors.
• Customer Service and Communication.
• Respond to client and contractor emails about stone availability.
• Resolve customer questions or complaints.
• Help clients track stone slab selections and orders. 

Logistics and Scheduling

• Schedule stone slab deliveries or pickups.
• Coordinate delivery times with warehouse.
• Confirm appointment dates with builders, fabricators, and designers. 

Financial and Sales Administration

• Process customer payments and manage sales orders.
• Handle basic accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
• Issue invoices and track outstanding balances.

General Office Management

• Maintain physical and digital project files.
• Kept track on office and showroom supplies.
• Support management and sales teams with general paperwork.
