Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of office leadership or management experience
  • Orthodontic office leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Previous orthodontic treatment coordinator experience highly valued
  • Strong understanding of orthodontic practice operations and the factors that drive business growth and patient satisfaction
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful team
  • Demonstrated success fostering a positive culture and collaborative work environment
  • Excellent business acumen and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, positive, and patient-focused approach
  • Experience with practice metrics, performance goals, and operational efficiency preferred
