Operations And Finance Lead

Our client located in the Las Vegas area is looking for an Operations and Finance Lead to join their growing team! This offers a competitive base, great benefits, and an awesome company culture.

Job Duties:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and customer invoicing.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other accounting analyses.
  • Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Track project costs, work-in-progress activity, and inventory-related transactions.
  • Support tax compliance, audit preparation, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Maintain data integrity across accounting and business management systems.
  • Assist in developing, monitoring, and improving internal controls and accounting procedures.
  • Partner with finance and operational leadership to provide financial support, reporting, and business insights.
  • Support special projects and other administrative or accounting-related responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
  • Experience in a service, construction, contracting, or project-based environment is a plus.
  • Understanding of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and job costing principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or business management systems is preferred but not required.
