CMC is seeking a dependable and highly organized Office Manager to support daily office operations and core human resources functions. This role combines administrative management with HR coordination and is essential to maintaining an efficient, compliant, and well-organized workplace environment.
What You’ll Do
Human Resources Support
• Assist with recruitment efforts (job postings, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Assist with performance review processes
Administrative Duties
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information
• Support leadership with administrative tasks as needed
Office Management
• Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility needs
• Organize meetings, schedules, and company events
• Maintain filing systems and administrative procedures
Additional Responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned by the HR Director
What We’re Looking For
Education
• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Experience
• Required: 1 year of office management or administrative experience
• Preferred: 2+ years of administrative or HR experience
Certifications
• None required
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus
