Position Overview


We are seeking a professional, highly organized Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and office functions of a growing organization in Goshen, Indiana. This individual will serve as a key resource for employees, leadership, vendors, and customers while ensuring the office operates efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience, a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to independently solve problems and manage competing priorities.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage the full range of daily office operations, including administrative processes, scheduling, documentation, vendor coordination, correspondence, and office organization.



  • Support basic accounting and financial functions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, expense tracking, reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.



  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and leadership, providing professional communication and timely resolution of issues.



  • Maintain accurate and organized records, files, invoices, contracts, employee documentation, and other confidential business information.



  • Coordinate with leadership and accounting to ensure financial and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.



  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that increase office productivity and organization.



  • Handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.



  • Assist with purchasing, supplies, vendor relationships, and general office needs.



  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other business documentation as needed.



  • Support leadership with special projects and other operational needs.




Qualifications



  • 5+ years of professional office management, administrative, accounting, or related experience.



  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.



  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.



  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve independently, make sound decisions, and take ownership of responsibilities.



  • Professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers, vendors, and leadership.



  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.



  • Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills and comfort working with accounting or ERP systems.



  • Dependable, professional, proactive, and highly organized.



  • Ability to work fully onsite in Goshen, Indiana.
