Position Overview
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team and manage our small office. This in-office role requires outstanding customer service skills, phone communication, and data entry expertise.
What to Expect
- Full-time hours (40 hours per week)Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts in April and May.
- Work Location: Fort Collins, CO office.
- Benefits: Paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, and a Simple IRA with company match.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Answer calls, emails and texts from customers and field technicians.
- Provide service information and resolve customer issues.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle calls efficiently.
- Accurate data entry to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Process payment transactions securely.
Skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Google Suite, calendar tools, and Excel.
- Ability to learn new systems like our CRM software.
- Strong customer retention skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Requirements
- Customer Service.
- Strong telecommunication skills.
- Data entry experience, strong typing skills
Compensation: $30-35 per hour, depending on experience.
