Position Overview
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team and manage our small office.  This in-office role requires outstanding customer service skills, phone communication, and data entry expertise.

What to Expect

• Full-time hours (40 hours per week)Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts in April and May.
• Work Location: Fort Collins, CO office.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Answer calls, emails and texts from customers and field technicians.
• Provide service information and resolve customer issues.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle calls efficiently.
• Accurate data entry to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
• Process payment transactions securely.
  
  

Skills

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in Google Suite, calendar tools, and Excel.
• Ability to learn new systems like our CRM software.
• Strong customer retention skills.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Customer Service.
• Strong telecommunication skills.
• Data entry experience, strong typing skills
  
  

Compensation: $30-35 per hour, depending on experience.
