About the Role:
Furniture City Inc is looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team in El Paso, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the backbone of our operations, keeping things running smoothly while working alongside a passionate and dedicated team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing order to the chaos, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions to ensure efficiency
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and communications for staff and leadership
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation
- Support HR functions including onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records
- Monitor office supply inventory and manage procurement
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting
Requirements:
- 2+ years of office management or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a leadership role
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred given El Paso market
