Blue Ridge Heating & Air is seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager / Dispatcher to join our Brevard team. This position plays a critical role in keeping our field operations running efficiently and our office structured. You will oversee technician routing, manage daily office logistics, receive equipment shipments, and handle administrative processes like warranty claims—allowing our field staff and operations to operate seamlessly. Manage and coordinate technicians’ daily service schedules and route optimization using ServiceTitan.
Dispatch technicians based on location, availability, skill set, and job priority.
Receive, inspect, log, and organize incoming parts, materials, and equipment shipments.
Process, track, and manage manufacturer warranty claims and equipment registrations.
Pull required job permits and assist with general administrative workflow.
Communicate schedule updates, changes, and delays directly with service technicians.
Maintain accurate job data, technician statuses, and tracking records in ServiceTitan.
Oversee general office coordination, supply inventory, and administrative support tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned to support field operations.
Previous ServiceTitan experience is required.
Minimum of 1–2 years of dispatching, fleet coordination, or administrative scheduling experience.
Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industries preferred.
Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable managing physical shipments and organizing inventory/parts.
Excellent internal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
