Office Manager, Denver, CO: Provide administrative support to the childcare facility by managing paperwork, maintaining records, and handling inquiries from parents and staff. Manage the enrollment process, including maintaining accurate records of children and families, processing enrollment applications, and coordinating registration activities. Assist with budgeting and financial management of the childcare facility, including tracking expenses, processing payments, and managing billing and invoicing. Support the management of childcare staff, including maintaining personnel records, assisting with recruitment and hiring processes, coordinating staff schedules, and facilitating staff training and development. Serve as a point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, providing information about programs and policies, and maintaining open and effective communication with families. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain records of health and immunization requirements for children, and coordinate emergency procedures and drills. Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the childcare facility, including managing supplies and equipment, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children. Collaborate with the program director or coordinator to support the implementation of educational and developmental programs, coordinate schedules and activities, and assist with program evaluation and improvement. Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures specific to the childcare facility, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, safety protocols, and best practices. Manage office technology, including computers, software, and communication systems. Ensure equipment is functioning properly, coordinate IT support, and stay updated on relevant technological advancements. Organize and coordinate events and activities for children and families, such as parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and special celebrations/holidays. Support communication efforts, including newsletters and updates. Collaborate with other staff members and supervisors to maintain a positive and cohesive work environment, foster teamwork, and support the overall mission and goals of the childcare facility.
