Danvers Ford is looking for an Office Manager who will support day-to-day dealership operations in the office. The Office Manager is responsible for supporting dealership accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have general accounting knowledge, some experience with license and title work, strong computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all departments and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting functions and bookkeeping tasks
  • Support license and title processing for vehicle sales as needed
  • Use dealership and office software to enter and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure information is accurate and timely
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service over the phone and in person
  • Help organize and maintain office files, documents, and records
  • Assist the owner with administrative tasks as requested
  • Support the overall office workflow to keep operations running smoothly

 

Qualifications

  • Prior office or accounting experience required
  • New car dealership office experience required
  • Proficient in Automate (DMS) and ADP
  • Understanding of accounting principles and has a financial background
  • Some experience with license and title work is a plus
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with learning new software
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members across all departments
  • Customer service mindset and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
