The CSR serves as a piece of the operational backbone of our agency, responsible for client servicing, policy lifecycle management, and retention. Quoting and binding across multiple carriers (personal lines and/or commercial lines).

The CSR serves as a piece of the operational backbone of our agency, responsible for client servicing, policy lifecycle management, and retention. 


Core Responsibilities


Client Service & Retention

•  Manage inbound service requests (endorsements, billing, coverage questions) 
•  Process policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements 
•  Remarket policies to maintain competitive coverage and pricing 
•  Handle claims intake and provide client guidance through claims process 
•  Maintain client relationships via consistent communication

Policy & Carrier Management

•  Quoting and binding across multiple carriers (personal lines and/or commercial lines) 
•  Ensure accuracy of applications, documentation, and underwriting submissions 
•  Maintain compliance with carrier guidelines and underwriting standards 
•  Build working relationships with carrier underwriters and reps 

Administrative & Operational Support

•  Maintain AMS (Agency Management System) data integrity 
•  Manage policy documentation, e-signatures, and file compliance 
•  Assist with marketing support (renewal reviews, cross-sell campaigns) 

Qualifications

•  Active Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willing to obtain (Georgia required) 
•  1–3+ years insurance service experience preferred 
•  Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities 
•  High attention to detail and compliance awareness 
•  Client-first communication style
• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver's License (Georgia)
