Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a well-established construction company in Annapolis, MD to hire an experienced and organized Office Manager. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, office-based environment and brings prior supervisory experience.
Position Overview
The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, support leadership, and supervise administrative staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting a construction-focused business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
Supervise, train, and support administrative staff
Serve as a key point of contact between office staff, field staff, and management
Manage scheduling, office supplies, and vendor coordination
Support invoicing, billing, and basic accounting or payroll processes
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed consistently
Assist with reporting, project documentation, and general administrative support
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Required Qualifications
Prior experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role
Proven supervisory experience is required
Experience working in the construction industry is strongly preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work onsite full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
