Your next role should be one where you actually run things.
finoBlue Planning Group is a growing wealth management firm in Atlanta advising on approximately $380 million in assets for clients who trust us with their financial futures. Our team is small, our standards are high, and our culture is built on doing right by the people we serve. We're looking for an Office Manager who can take ownership of the business side of the practice so our advisors can focus on what they do best: taking care of clients.
This is not an admin role. This is the person who keeps the entire operation running. You'll manage HR, payroll, compliance coordination, vendor relationships, and the day-to-day flow of a professional office. You'll supervise a small team, own the employee handbook, coordinate performance reviews, and work directly with the principal advisor on business planning and strategy. If you're the kind of person who sees a broken process and fixes it before anyone asks, you'll thrive here.
What you'll actually do

What we're looking for
Must-haves:
You have 3+ years of experience managing an office, a team, or business operations in a professional services environment. You have hands-on experience with HR functions: hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management. You're organized enough to juggle competing priorities without dropping anything important. You communicate clearly in writing and in person. You're comfortable with technology and can learn new systems quickly.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a broker-dealer environment. Familiarity with Raymond James systems or similar BD platforms. Experience with CRM systems (we use Salesforce). A bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field. PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification.
