We are looking for a full-time organized and dependable Office Manager to help oversee daily office operation and financial administrative tasks.

What can we offer YOU?:

• PAY: $25-$27 per hour, offer depending on experience
• Full-time
• PTO after 90-day probation
• Sick time after 90-day probation

Qualifications:

• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable
• Knowledge of invoicing and banking/ACH transactions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Previous office management or administrative experience preferred

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Handling invoices and customer payments
• Managing banking and ACH transactions
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Using QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
• Supporting day-to-day office operations
