LHH is partnering with a growing professional services organization in Austin, Texas, to identify experienced and highly organized Office Managers for future opportunities.
The Office Manager will play a critical role in supporting daily business operations, coordinating office activities, managing administrative functions, and serving as a key resource for employees, clients, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure an organized, productive work environment
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs
Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams
Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and office schedules
Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
Support budgeting, invoice processing, expense reporting, and office-related expenditures
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and external partners
Maintain office policies, procedures, and operational best practices
Support special projects and business initiatives as needed
