Internship summary

This internship provides hands-on administrative experience in a dynamic streaming media environment. This is a learning opportunity for undergraduate students or recent graduates seeking practical experience. The Office Intern will support daily operations by assisting with administrative and organizational tasks within a specific department or across multiple teams by assisting with daily operations, contributing to team projects, and learning about the streaming industry through meaningful work.

Responsibilities may include

• Office tasks: Perform general office duties such as managing mail, ordering supplies, and handling information requests. 
• Administrative support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, take meeting notes, and organize digital and physical files.
• Document and presentation creation: Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents using programs like Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Project assistance: Support team members on various projects and initiatives, which may include content-related tasks.
• Communication: Help manage correspondence, both internally and externally.
• Data management: Assist in maintaining databases, tracking information, and performing data entry.

Qualifications and skills

• Education: Current undergraduate or recent graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
• Software proficiency: Familiarity with office, design, or technical software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint), Canva, ChatGPT, Slack, JIRA, Figma, and CMS. Additional experience with generative AI software like Veo, Midjourney, Sora, and others is nice to have.
• Organizational skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities are crucial.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions for reports and projects.
• Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively with a team.
• Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail in administrative and project-related tasks.

Internship details:

• Immediate hiring. Flexible hours. In-person working part-time at a maximum of 20 hours per week.
