    About the Role

    The Office & HR Coordinator is a key point of contact for employees, candidates, and visitors, supporting office operations, HR processes, employee experience, recruiting, and internal communications. It's a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and curious about using technology to work smarter.

    What will your job look like?

    • Be the first point of contact for visitors to the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience

    • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility needs with building management and vendors

    • Maintain office supplies, snacks, coffee, and everything needed for smooth day-to-day operations

    • Coordinate shipping of materials, equipment, and supplies to employees, clients, and business contacts

    • Manage ordering and distribution of company-branded merchandise and swag, plus employee business cards

    • Support new hire onboarding, track completion of quarterly check-ins and new hire assessments, and keep the org chart accurate and up to date

    • Be the onsite point of contact for candidates during in-person interviews, coordinating logistics and travel expense reports

    • Maintain SharePoint content and use tools like Canva and PageTiger to help prepare and distribute internal communications

    • Coordinate employee wellness challenges, Wednesday in-office activities, and support bi-annual company events

    • Look for opportunities to simplify or automate routine admin work using AI tools and other technology

    What will you need to succeed?

    • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience

    • Proven customer service experience in a professional or corporate setting

    • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Confident learning and working across multiple tech platforms and business systems

    • Sharp attention to detail and follow-through

    • Trustworthy with confidential and sensitive information

    • Proactive, dependable, and happy to take ownership without waiting to be asked
