Office & E-Commerce Associate

StoreWALL is growing, and we’re looking for an Office & E-Commerce Associate to join our team in Grafton, WI.

This is a full-time position for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, great with numbers, and comfortable working with a variety of computer programs. This role will help with everything from accounting and order processing to our website, e-commerce, and product photos.

This isn’t a job where you’ll sit at a desk doing the exact same thing all day. One minute you may be working in QuickBooks, the next updating a product on our website, editing a photo, working in Excel, helping with a customer order, or tackling a completely different project.

If you enjoy variety, like figuring things out, and take pride in keeping things organized and accurate, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Work in QuickBooks with invoices, payments, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other day-to-day accounting tasks
• Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel
• Process and review customer orders
• Work in WooCommerce to manage products, orders, pricing, and website content
• Add new products and make updates to the StoreWALL website
• Update product descriptions, pricing, photos, and other online information
• Perform basic photo editing, including cropping, resizing, adjusting, and preparing product images for the website
• Create simple graphics when needed
• Keep customer, product, order, and accounting information organized and accurate
• Communicate with customers and vendors
• Assist with general office tasks
• Help with different projects and responsibilities as they come up
