Office Custodian 99 MS

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Remove trash and recycling from all areas of the office
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Clean glass surfaces, windows, and doors as needed
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report any facility repair needs
• Support setup and cleanup for office events or meetings
• Perform occasional deep-cleaning duties as scheduled
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to lift, push, or carry 50–60 pounds as part of daily duties
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed, including occasional evenings or weekends
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to safely operate cleaning tools and equipment
• Must be able to perform physical tasks consistently throughout scheduled shift
