Position Summary:
The Office Coordinator, Radiology supports the efficient operation of Radiology services by coordinating the distribution, management, and handling of diagnostic imaging reports, images, records, and related documentation. This role serves as an important communication link among Radiology staff, providers, patients, and other departments by ensuring information is accurate, timely, confidential, and directed through appropriate channels. The Office Coordinator promotes effective workflow, teamwork, patient privacy, and reliable access to imaging information in support of quality patient care and departmental operations.

The Office Coordinator, Radiology performs a combination of seated computer work and routine movement throughout the Radiology department and related work areas. The role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, handle documents and imaging materials, operate standard office equipment, and occasionally lift or move light office supplies or records. Adequate vision, hearing, manual dexterity, and verbal communication ability are necessary to accurately process information and communicate with patients, staff, and providers.
