The Office Coordinator plays a key role in keeping Artisan Dental Laboratory running smoothly and its employees engaged. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple recurring responsibilities across departments.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position maintains the front desk, greets clients and vendors, coordinates meeting support and documentation, maintains safety and communication postings, and manages the ordering of office supplies.

HOURS: 8:00am – 5:00pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintains the front desk.
  • Assists with company events/parties and employee committees.
  • Prepares meeting materials, attends department meetings, and takes minutes.
  • Orders office supplies and forms; designs and copies in-house forms as needed.
  • Prepares orientation packets and handbooks as needed.
  • Maintain and organize files.
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Respectfully takes direction from managers.
  • Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of administrative or office coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $23 - $25/hour depending on experience
