Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer/direct incoming calls.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
Order and maintain office/ kitchen supplies.
Schedule and coordinate conference rooms as needed.
Prepare meeting spaces and assist with office events.
Support filing, data entry, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
Coordinate office maintenance requests and vendor services.
Qualifications:
Background experience in a administrative, receptionist, or office support position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Employment Type: Contract to hire
Compensation: $20-21.63/hr.
