Kforce has a client that is seeking an Office Coordinator/Front Desk Administrator in Orlando, FL.

Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Coordinator to support daily operations within a fast-paced, professional office environment. This role will serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors while helping ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the front desk point of contact for a large office
• Manage visitor check-in processes and coordinate access as needed
• Support daily office operations including coordinating meals, maintaining shared spaces, and ensuring the office is well-stocked
• Track and update service requests or internal tickets and follow up as needed
• Partner with building management and vendors to address office-related needs
• Assist with general administrative tasks and provide support to internal teams
