We are seeking a part time Office Administrator to join our team. This position is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, managing multiple tasks, and contributing to a fast-paced business.
Responsibilities
- Keep track of deadlines
- Process invoices
- Reconcile accounts
- Maintain calendars
- Research problems /questions and identify solutions
- Assist with administrative and office management tasks
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services, equipment upgrades, repairs, and maintenance solutions to both new and existing customers
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable using computers, software, and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Previous office, administrative, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
- Independent worker
- Experienced with Quickbooks
