In this role, you will:
Welcome employees, clients, and visitors and coordinate the onsite registration process.
Answer and route incoming calls and provide helpful, professional support.
Receive, prepare, distribute, and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments.
Maintain accurate shipping records and information in applicable systems.
Provide administrative support, including filing, copying, completing forms, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
Coordinate office supplies and help maintain shared spaces, including kitchens and conference rooms.
Manage key and badge distribution and coordinate fleet vehicle assignments and pickups.
Partner with teams across Viega to support meetings, events, special projects, and workplace initiatives.
Help resolve day-to-day office needs and support additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
What You Bring
Experience in office administration, workplace coordination, customer service, reception, or a related area.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
A service-focused approach to supporting employees, visitors, and external partners.
Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing workplace needs.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.
Knowledge of general office practices and administrative processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with office technology, phone systems, shipping processes, and workplace tools.
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills when responding to routine office needs.
Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
Current Notary Public certification preferred.
