Description

AP Specialist / Office Coordinator

What You'll Do

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding, approvals, and payment processing

  • Manage ACH, wire, check, and credit card payments

  • Maintain vendor records, W-9s, banking information, and resolve invoice discrepancies

  • Review and process employee expense reimbursements

  • Assist with month-end reconciliations and accounting support

  • Support day-to-day office operations, supplies, facilities, and conference room setup

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor relationships

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration experience

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
