Responsibilities:

  • Sort and organize incoming physical and digital documents
  • Scan paper files and convert them into searchable digital formats
  • Upload and correctly label documents within individual profiles in internal systems
  • Maintain consistent file naming and indexing standards
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy prior to upload
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information in compliance with company policies
  • Track document status and follow up on missing or incomplete files
  • Support general office coordination and administrative tasks as needed
