    Office Clerk

    Transdev in Pasadena, California is hiring an Office Clerk. The Office Clerk performs all administrative functions for the location. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

    Transdev is proud to offer: Competitive compensation package of minimum $24.00 - Maximum $26.00

    Benefits include:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform project clerical and administrative details according to contractual and legal mandates.

    • All reception duties, Ecolane reservations, complaints & commendations.

    • Assisting General Manager & Assistant General Manager with accounting data, payroll, personnel records.

    • Assisting all departments as needed.

    • Assisting with shuttling as needed

    • Assisting with filing & personnel records accordingly.

    • Other duties as required.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED.

    • Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.

    • 1-3 years of professional experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    • 1-3 years of professional experience with basic office, data entry, or administrative experience

    • Bilingual is highly desirable

    • Excellent oral, verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees, management, clients and members of the public of all levels.

    • Problem solving and analytical abilities.

    • Excellent professional telephone, email and customer service etiquette.

    • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

    • Ability to maintain organized electronic & physical filing systems.

    • Ability to maintain confidential & sensitive employee, customer, & company information with high discretion.

    • Ability to efficiently take notes in meetings with other departments & clients.

    • Ability to input data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Computer literacy, 10 Key, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

    • Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

    Physical Requirements:

    The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

    • 90% of work is accomplished in doors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities. 10% of work is accomplished outdoors.

    • Performs physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and repetitive hand- wrist-eye and finger motion, and extensive computer work. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Limited light lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, bending, and reaching required.

    • Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces

    • Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level

    • Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
