Office Clerk
Transdev in Pasadena, California is hiring an Office Clerk. The Office Clerk performs all administrative functions for the location. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform project clerical and administrative details according to contractual and legal mandates.
All reception duties, Ecolane reservations, complaints & commendations.
Assisting General Manager & Assistant General Manager with accounting data, payroll, personnel records.
Assisting all departments as needed.
Assisting with shuttling as needed
Assisting with filing & personnel records accordingly.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
1-3 years of professional experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
1-3 years of professional experience with basic office, data entry, or administrative experience
Bilingual is highly desirable
Excellent oral, verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees, management, clients and members of the public of all levels.
Problem solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent professional telephone, email and customer service etiquette.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Ability to maintain organized electronic & physical filing systems.
Ability to maintain confidential & sensitive employee, customer, & company information with high discretion.
Ability to efficiently take notes in meetings with other departments & clients.
Ability to input data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Computer literacy, 10 Key, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
90% of work is accomplished in doors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities. 10% of work is accomplished outdoors.
Performs physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and repetitive hand- wrist-eye and finger motion, and extensive computer work. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Limited light lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, bending, and reaching required.
Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
