Night Shift Warehouse Clerk
Job Summary:
Our client, a leading food distribution company, is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Clerk to support overnight warehouse operations in Cincinnati, OH. This role is primarily office-based (99% of time), with occasional trips into the warehouse to investigate invoice discrepancies, verify inventory, or inspect products. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support route operations and ensure accurate route closure
- Manage inventory shortages and process documentation
- Run reports and perform data entry with high accuracy
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams for daily tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain organized records and files
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or clerical experience
- Experience in a distribution or logistics environment
About the Role:
- Contract duration: 1,040 hours (approximately 6 months)
- Schedule: Sunday Thursday, 8:00 PM 4:30 AM
- Location: Onsite in Cincinnati, OH 45241
- Travel: None
- Interview process: Two rounds (phone and in-person)
