    Description

    Work Schedule: Monday- Friday: 8:00am- 4:30pmPurpose

    The Distribution Clerk assists the Distribution Management Team with daily shipping/receiving operations and procedures in the DC. The Distribution Clerk is responsible for completing and maintaining records of shipments, product orders and other shipping and/or receiving paperwork.

    Responsibilities

    Verify, input, and maintain records on incoming/outbound shipments from the distribution centerDispatch daily outbound/inbound trucksPrint invoices for outbound driversRelease orders to Vocollect systemProvides customer service to internal and external customers on various distribution related itemsSupport DC management team process customer credits and vendor inquiriesReview out-of-stocks and generate reprocess cases for any of the out-of-stock orders that can be backfilledOrganize, track and file relevant documentation for inbound/outbound shipmentsAdhere to company policies, standards, and best practicesOther duties as assigned by a supervisor
