Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What You Bring to the Table.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of administrative experience (including the use of Microsoft Office)
• Strong Excel skills (must score 80% or higher on Excel assessment)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
• Reliable and dedicated professional
• Organized and detail-oriented

From Clock In to Clock Out.

Your day starts by coordinating and scheduling installation jobs. You'll also manage and coordinate installer schedules, enter and maintain accurate data and job records, and load and manage work orders in internal systems. Additionally, you will answer and manage incoming phone calls, assist with daily branch operations and logistics, and support branch leadership and installation teams.
