    Join Unity Landscaping LLC as an Office Assistant and be a vital part of our dedicated team in South Grafton, MA! This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our operations while contributing to a company that values quality service and customer satisfaction. 
    Responsibilities:
    • Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support.
    • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate landscaping projects.
    • Maintain organized records and assist with billing and invoicing.
    • Support the team with data entry and document preparation.
    • Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings.
    • Foster a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
    • Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish)
    • Proven experience in an office or administrative role.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
    • Knowledge of landscaping is a plus.
