Title: Customer Service / Office Assistant
Location: Saugerties, NY
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7am 3:30pm
Pay: $22 - $23 per hour (BOE)

Seeking a reliable and committed employee to assist in the main office for a precision metal manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner as first point of contact
- Respond to emails professionally and promptly
- Accurate data entry of customer orders
- Learn database software to become proficient at customer order entry and processing
- Prepare documents and reports
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- General office assistance and duties
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
