Office Assistant/Receptionist | $16 - $18 per hour DOE
Monday-Friday, 7am-4:00pm
A brokerage Firm in Royal, IA is seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist to join their growing team! Office Assistant/Receptionist provides general support to ensure smooth operation of the office and facility. This role includes a blend of clerical, administrative, and light maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and flexible, with a proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
- Manage incoming client communications
- Assist clients and brokers with the initial setup
- Onboarding of new accounts
- Handle standard office paperwork
- Maintain organized, detailed records
- Assist brokers and team members with internal processing, data tracking, and operations
- Complete daily administrative tasks to keep the fast-moving office running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Previous office experience preferred but not required
- Basic Computer experience, MS Office, email, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pioritize multiple tasks efficiently
