    POSITION

    WHAT

    WE

    NEED:

    Copy,

    duplicate,

    and

    prepare

    materials;

    send

    and

    receive

    faxes

    as

    required.

    Manage

    incoming

    and

    outgoing

    mail

    for

    staff

    and

    administration,

    including

    bulk

    mailings,

    report

    cards,

    progress

    reports,

    and

    other

    correspondence.

    Order

    and

    distribute

    office

    supplies

    as

    necessary.

    Receive,

    process,

    and

    log

    correspondence,

    reports,

    forms,

    evaluations,

    referrals,

    and

    related

    documents.

    Assist

    in

    the

    creation,

    revision,

    and

    reproduction

    of

    workshop

    materials,

    forms,

    procedures,

    and

    other

    documents.

    Maintain

    accurate

    attendance

    and/or

    substitute

    records

    for

    the

    assigned

    department.

    Enter

    data,

    compile,

    and

    maintain

    departmental

    statistics;

    generate

    corresponding

    reports.

    Coordinate

    and

    manage

    logistics

    for

    meetings,

    workshops,

    and

    off-site

    activities

    as

    needed.

    Provide

    support

    to

    individuals

    in

    person

    or

    over

    the

    phone

    by

    offering

    information,

    assistance,

    or

    directing

    them

    to

    the

    appropriate

    contact.

    Other

    duties

    as

    assigned.

    WHAT

    YOU

    NEED:

    High

    school

    diploma

    or

    general

    education

    degree

    (GED)

    required.

    One

    or

    more

    years

    of

    recent

    and

    relevant

    work

    experience.

    Knowledge

    of

    basic

    computer

    software

    applications,

    including

    Microsoft

    Office

    Suite:

    Word/Excel/PowerPoint,

    Google

    Docs/Sheets,

    preferred.

    Knowledge

    of

    MiSTAR

    preferred.

    Ability

    to

    properly

    operate

    required

    office

    equipment

    such

    as

    a

    personal

    computer,

    fax

    machine,
