    Summary

    Seeking a motivated Office Assistant to work 20+ hours per week with a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate has marketing experience, excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a self-directed, driven approach.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors professionally and direct them to the appropriate team member.
    • Answer and route phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and manage incoming calls.
    • Prepare, organize, scan, and maintain property files, contracts, disclosures, and other confidential documents.
    • Enter and update client, property, and transaction information accurately in office databases and systems.
    • Assist agents and staff with listing materials, marketing documents, mailings, and other administrative tasks.
    • Monitor office supplies, coordinate routine office needs, and help maintain an organized, welcoming office environment.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus.
    • Previous experience in an office, administrative, real estate, property management, or customer service role preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and general office equipment.
    • Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
    • Willingness to learn company procedures, real estate terminology, and applicable office systems.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
