Class Description
The purpose of this class is to ensure that visitors to various departments at CCBC are greeted, directed appropriately and that all are aware of acceptable behavior policies.
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma /GED and one-year related office experience.
Positions located on the Catonsville & Essex campuses
Part Time, daytime hours, between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday
Class Specific Essential Duties
Assist and provide information to student, faculty, and staff regarding facilities requests (i.e. vehicle reservations).
Greet and direct visitors to appropriate area(s) and answer telephone as applicable.
Maintain department records and files.
Enter data into facilities systems.
