In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support our daily operations and ensure the office runs efficiently.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
    • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
    • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
    • Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
    • Support the finance team with invoicing and tracking expenses.
    • Coordinate office activities, including events and team-building initiatives.
    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote productivity.
    • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in Office Administration or related fields preferred.
    • Prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
